Taking actions through Ask AI
Ask AI can do more than look things up. You can ask it to create or update records on your behalf — for example, add a new customer, book an order, or restock an inventory item. Before making any change to your data, it always shows you a confirmation card describing exactly what it is about to do. Click Confirm to proceed or Cancel to stop. This means you can describe what you want in plain English and Ask AI handles the data entry — while you stay in control of every write.Voice input
On supported browsers, a microphone button appears in the chat input row. Click it to start dictating your question instead of typing. The button pulses while recording. Click it again — or press Enter — to stop recording and send your message.Voice input uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition. On Chrome and Edge, audio is processed by the browser’s speech service. Dictation is not available in Firefox or browsers where microphone access has been blocked.
